[1.1.3] A small update and a BIG change...
Hello lovelies! Today I am releasing a minor update for Save the Magics!!, which makes only one small change.
You may notice that on the main menu, a new button has appeared: "Export Saves". When you click it, it prompts you that all saves have been "exported to the deluxe format." Hmm. What does this mean exactly? Well, this export function is in preparation for an upcoming release, one I like to call...
Save the Magics!!: Deluxe!!
That's right, the C-based rewrite of Save The Magics!! I have been teasing for so long is finally close to completion! It is in the final bug testing phase now, with the goal to release it near or around Valentine's Day 2025. There will be some new features, better performance, iOS support, and maybe even a new princess or two. Best of all, it will be totally free to all players that purchase Save the Magics!!.
Players of "Save The Magics!!: Classic" (as I'm now rebranding it) will also be able to import their classic save files to Deluxe, so you won't have to start from scratch. Neat!
Unfortunately, I have not had time to dedicate to porting this update to the Android version. Perhaps in the near future I will do so, as there are some Android bugs I also need to address.
